I had the privilege of working with Ali both in a group setting with the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and one-on-one. In our group sessions, she fostered a collaborative environment that encouraged open dialogue and shared learning, allowing us to harbour new perspectives of leadership. In our individual sessions, Ali focused her attention on me and helped me dive deeper into my unique strengths and challenges. She skilfully guided me to recognise my specific areas for growth. Her ability to tailor her approach to my needs made it possible to set myself actionable strategies for progression.
After the brilliant introduction last week, Alison returns this Friday for individual one to one coaching sessions with us and to use the (strengths) profile as a base for the discussions.
Working with Ali was extremely productive and rewarding. We covered a wide range of professional issues that were relevant to me, and I left every session feeling as though I had made significant progress in understanding myself in relation to a new professional role.

The face-to-face sessions generated lots of discussion, and I was able to learn a lot from the experiences of others in the group. I found that the modules and group discussions allowed me to delve deeper into my own situation, helping me to identify and examine opportunities and develop a workable plan for the future
The well-being module helped me identify activities that could be acted upon straight away to improve physical and mental health. Thank you for a useful and enlightening experience.

These are tools I will carry with me in my everyday life trying to make my life as purposeful as possible. The communication was just right, and the WhatsApp messages gave it a very personal touch. I have thoroughly enjoyed (it and) I have learned a lot about myself, and I have gained many tools I can use to make sure my time abroad will be as meaningful and purposeful as possible.
I have definitely come away feeling more positive about the future. Each step showed me more about who I am. I enjoyed the parts on values, strengths and wellbeing. I had an A-Ha moment on Values when I found my 5 values were not as out of sync with my life as I thought. I think the step-by-step approach looking at different areas was good, and I liked the timing of Ali's emails.
Alison is an outstanding tutor who combines expert subject knowledge, clear planning and a warm, fun, engaging style of teaching. Alison used her skills as a coach to support our child through preparation for senior school exams, providing clear feedback and targets. This was immensely helpful during a busy period that could otherwise have been more stressful.

(He) super enjoyed the 2-day workshop. He came home full of chat in detail and was clearly inspired. He spoke about his confidence to chat in front of a small group and how that would help him with his interviews. (In his) words today – it was great, really engaging, I liked the way she thought to mix outdoor learning. His favourite part when asked was ‘the variety’. His older brother said he wished he had been able to go! And when asked for EBIs, he replied none! From what I have heard, I would highly recommend.
We are so delighted that you offered the summer camp. (He left) the days so energised and saying that he had the best time! He really enjoyed meeting the other children, the variety of activities, tackling tricky topics, learning new words and especially the maths cricket game! It was great to hear about the marshmallow game and the opportunity to work through something practical as a team. The take home booklet is a highly useful reminder of the work covered. I would not hesitate to recommend the (camp) to others.
